WEEKLY Online Class: Embodied Movement + Reset Breathwork

Hi everyone!

​I’m delighted to offer a NEW virtual weekly class that you can enjoy from the confort of your own home. Every Saturday, we will begin with 30 minutes of Embodied Movement (blending Yoga, Qigong, Somatics and Free form dance) + 30 minutes of Reset Breathwork ending with meditation and sharing circle.

This class is designed to help you deepen your relationship to your "bodies" - physical, energy, emotional and mental. I will guide you, in a safe and supportive container for you to cultivate a vivid sense of body awareness and awaken your intuitive body wisdom.

We will use a slow and deep breathing technique accompanied by music to sooth the mind, body and enter our heart space.

This class will allow you to:

~ cultivate a vibrant body awareness
~ soften tensions and blocks
~ open the channel for easier self-exploration and self-expression
~ and deepen your breathwork practice
